Cannon Beach Family Session with Teenagers

This family with teenagers traveled to Cannon Beach for a fun family vacation and I was so excited that they hired me to be their photographer. This mom is actually a photographer also, and I am always so excited to work with another creative. This family has 4 kids ranging from pre-teen to teenager and they were all super sweet. We got lucky with the weather this day because it was raining before and after their session, but the sun came out at the exact right time. We had a great time playing on the beach and the kids were full of energy and laughter, but they also took the time to relax and cuddle a bit, too. The perfect combo.

We met at the north end of Cannon Beach because it has really beautiful scenery but doesn’t have the crowds that you get with Haystack Rock. This is a great spot if you love rock formations, beach grass, and a bit of forest, too. This location is much more versatile than going to Haystack Rock and on a clear day, you can even see it in the distance. When you hire me to be your photographer for a beach session, I will send you a location guide with my favorite spots on the Oregon Coast so you can choose what you like best, or we can work together to find something else if you’re hoping for something specific. I’m always up for an adventure!
