Why learn SEO from me?

Hey, I’m Becca of Becca Jean Photography!

I’ve been a family photographer for 15 years, and I built my business entirely on my own—without the online resources that photographers have today. When I started, there weren’t many guides or courses to help with SEO and blogging for photographers, so I had to figure out what worked (and what didn’t) through trial and error.
Thankfully, you don’t have to go through that same struggle.

I’ve always been passionate about websites, SEO, and design. I have a bachelor’s degree in visual communication, with a focus on graphic design and websites, and I’ve been building websites since I was a teenager, back when you had to code everything yourself!

SEO has fascinated me for years, and I’ve made it a priority to stay up to date on changes, trends, and best practices by continuously learning, testing strategies, and keeping up with SEO podcasts and updates. I don’t just teach this—I actively use SEO and blogging in my own photography business, which is now a six-figure business from photography alone (not counting education).

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by SEO and blogging, and I also know how powerful they can be when done right. My goal is to take everything I’ve learned and make it easy for you to apply, so you can start seeing results without the years of trial and error I went through.
