This location is my new favorite spot! We are so incredibly lucky to live in such a beautiful city. It’s is seriously only an hour from Portland, but it just feels like a completely different place. The Gratton family came all the way from Mississippi to get their family photos done in a truly epic spot, so I spent the summer searching for just the perfect location for them. I was really excited to get to meet Jessy because she’s also a photographer! Her daughter seemed a bit shy at first, but then I buttered her up with compliments and gave her a little present and soon we were BFFs ????. She had such a fun time searching for rocks and sticks. She also really loved playing games with her parents, getting tossed in the air, and exploring.
When I asked Jessy what her favorite part of the session was, this was her response: “To be completely honest the whole session was my favorite, you give such great direction and captures every single moment of the session. I can not put into words how amazing you were with everything.”
She is so beautiful. <3
We were trying to get a photo of mom and dad together, but she wanted to be in it, too! I didn’t mind 😉
